Another big earthquake

I'm sorry for not being able to visit you.

We really appreciate your warm thoughts for Japan.
It means A LOT!! Thank You!!!

We had another big earthquake.
And this happened in Shizuoka prefecture.
It means this one is not the aftershock.
Another big one came.
Just scary...
Our poor Ku-suke ran under the bed again.

Tokyo is still in panic.
Almost all of the Japanese especially east Japan is very nervous.
You can see how empty the supermarkets are.

And the gas is all sold out here.

Reactor problems still threaten us.
Trains are only running 50-70%.

But there are so many people and animals still left there at the stricken area and I really hope that the ordinary life comes back here in Tokyo SOON and lend our hands to help them.

It is very difficult to stay calm but I think we really need to pull ourselves together now and do what we have to do.

Please,please no more earthquakes!!!

Through this difficult time, what makes us smile is,,,our lovely cats!!
Lots of Love,
Teko

  2. I am watching it on the news here constantly and seeing the worst. Another earthquake again? The pictures of the stores have not been on our news though so thanks for sharing them. It is so very scary and we are still saying prayers for all of the people there to be found alive and the animals. I have never seen such destruction in my entire life and it is very scary so I can only try and imagine how you feel being there. Please be careful and take care of yourself and the kitties. Please know we are praying for you. Lots of love, Debbie and Holly

  3. We watch the news constantly and pray for everyone over there! We wish we would help out and send you some cat food and treats. Thinking and praying you stay safe. We know how scary it must be for you. Sounds like staying under the bed is the best place. That is where we would be. (((HUGS)))

  7. We are SO happy to read that you are all O.K. You have been on our thoughts since the devastation first hit, and we are sorry we did not get to your blog sooner to send our love and prayers. Please know we are thinking of you and sending you and your loved ones tons of love and healing and positive thoughts. We pray for all the animals and people of Japan, and hope that the earthquakes end and all can start the healing process. A very scary time, indeed. If you need anything, please let us know and we will do our best to help you. You are all in our hearts.

  8. Oh how I pray there are no more earthquakes either. I am so sorry that Japan had to go through such a disaster like this. I don't blame you for being scared. I live in California so I know what earthquakes are like but never like the one you have had. How sad the pictures of the stores look, thank you for sharing them. I pray for you and Japan. Take care.

  11. We've never met but saw your name on a cat blog and had to come tell you that our hearts are aching for the people of Japan. We admire you so much and cannot imagine how you must feel with so much devastation around you.

We pray the earth stops shaking and you can begin to recover from this catastrophe with your country's traditional resilience.
