Kurashiki,my hometown

Hello! I'm getting so plumply these days!!
Don't you think so?
I'm so proud I'm gonna be a BIG cat!

When I went back to my hometown,I went to the Kurashiki Bikan historical quarter.
My highschool was near this area,so it brings back memories to me.
It was early in the morning and there were only few tourists.
I went to the shop named KURASHIKI INU NEKO YASHIKI!
(INU means dogs,NEKO means CATS)

I couldn't stay long,but it was such a fun!!

I forgot to bring the camera so these pics were taken by the mobilephone.
Sorry they are not clear...

And I could feel the Spring air in my parents' garden!!
Natsuko is the name of my parents' cat.
She's 13 years old!...same as B- sensei!
Do you see where she is?

And I also visitied my grandpas' graves.
There were so many cherry blossoms and I felt like they welcomed me.
My parents and I visited one more grave.
The grave of our special dog,Jiro.
I could say lots of THANK YOU to Jiro.

...Well,and this is the lovely Ku-suke today!

You can see the black and white shadow creeping behind Ku!

Yes!! That's our Teko-boy!

Tekorin annoys Ku-suke a lot,
BUT...
I know Ku-suke cherishes Tekorin.

I got a happy e-mail.
Jean's forever Mom sent me his pictures!!
He looks sooooo happy with his loving forever brother Poru-chan.
I can see Jean smiling!!
I think I'm one of the happiest to be able to see Jean so happy like this!

Jean's mom told me he's not afraid of water at all!
He spent most of his baby time in our bathroom.(to avoid infections)
Can that be a reason?

  3. Wonderful pictures. It must be lovely there, and so nice to visit the graves. I love doing that. Beautiful kitties!! Teko reminds me of our cat who died about 5 years ago. He is striking.

  4. This was a nice post about your visit to your home. It seems a very beautiful place.

Your kitties are so cute and Tekorin is getting big! Thank you for sharing these pictures.

I was wondering if you knew that the cherry blossoms that I saw in Washington DC were a gift to my country from your country?
